So. We've already listed a few items we look for. Have you noticed? Here are just a few of the items we inspect!


We look for; wood destroying insects, wood rot, dampness, signs of past and present problems with the roof, the electrical, the plumbing and HVAC. We even check to make sure all your receptacles (outlets) work, all your cabinetry doors and drawers work properly. If the dishwasher, washer and dryer are part of the sale we check to make sure they work for you.


We look for leaks in the shower, the bath, and the toilet. We check for the safety of the garage door, and the proper slope or layout of the grounds to ensure proper drainage. If you are on a well and/or septic, we check to see if everything is working as it should. Nothing is too small, if it means the integrity of the home. We even check every accessible window and door for proper functioning.


If there is something you want checked during your inspection and it is not listed, please don't hesitate to call and check. If you want, we will even check on the Radon levels, (for an extra fee, of course!)
